It's a good lesson about backups. The most recent news entry says "we started our homepage". That obviously means, we never ever made a backup after uploading the initial content. *g*

Fairlight has gained our polish coder, Druid, who left
for them but remained in his fisrt group, Agony Designs.
Natas also left, he has teamed up with the forces of W.O.W., and will learn democoding there. We've started our own homepage. Just open your eyes...

musician has moved to the inactive list.
The Swedish, EuroHq Virtual Light went down due to a power-supply crash. According to Joyride, the sysop - it should be fixed soon.

Girltris +2fix Jumpin' Cubes E.P+N Gangsta's Paradise, the FTP site is now accessable on the C64.RULEZ.ORG address, remained available on the original location as well(!).

We've set up our own server
to the net, which is an own PC running Linux and having the address C64.RULEZ.ORG.
Most of the Chromance members already have e-mail addresses on the
server, but there are some other future plans as well. The server itself
is shared with the Hungarian demogroup, Resource.

64 Luff Pal/NTSC Gangtsa's Paradise had harddisk space problems, because the incoming mails of the students filled the drives while the vacation. Parts of the site were moved to a temporary address, but now all these problems are fixed.

Manganoid V2 prv Skid Row left the group for F4CG, just like Cubehead who went back to his former group, Onslaught.

released, coded by Lion.
Fungus left in order to team up with F4CG. With Bolee,Wozio and XXL almost the full Polish section has been moved to the inactive status. Galand/ex-Onslaught renamed back to his former handle, Midfit and joined as coder and fixer. After fixing a few intros and staying for just a few days he deiced to leave for the rebuild Legend. Skidrow, fromer member of such groups as Genesis Project, Alpha Flight,Chromance returned to the scene and joined as cracker, fixer, coder and graphician.

Nether prv fix (Magical formula +5fix /LXT+<C>) Dumpster, a nice demo, coded by Zar has got released. Deviant has started a BBS gfx group called Blink and closed his board, Fincal Genocide. Binjinx former member of ESI and Motiv8 joined as tool coder and phreaker but got removed from the list after just a few weeks caused by his PC fever. Heavyhead has been removed due to inactivity while his board, Westpoint was down. Old sysop of Highway is back with a new board. Since Taper/Triad is running Antidote on the old Highway equipment Joyride borrowed Tao/Triad's system, so Virtual Light runs as our EHQ.

Cambogia +2 P+N Drunken Ball 101% fix Fungus joined as American fixer, remaining in his former demogroup, Carcass too. Sphere, american musician left Style and joined, as well as Cubehead, hungarian musician. Stash former member of Active joined as swapper. Jinx is back in the group as double member next to his membership in Hitmen.

Fields Of Hades +3 fix Horsekiller prv Last G +fix Gangtsa's Paradise had a mass harddrive crash, fortunately the c64 partition didn't damage. It was offline for 1-2 days, but now is back online again. Rough has released a new (#10) issue of his old magazine Condom, this time under the Chromance label.

Repairing his car in the garage the car has fallen down and killed him immediately. He was just 22 years old. May he rest in peace. Spermbird joined Amnesia as 2nd group. Hitmen has been booted from the FTP site, Gangsta's Paradise, for non-supporting the site at an acceptable level. The site is now shared with Onslaught.

Interlaced Pairs fix Picman prv Undoroid prv Macx (swapper) and Zakk (coder) have left Onslaught and joined us. Unfortunately Macx had to decrase the amount of his contacts down to 50. Both guys also joined Noname the Danish demogroup. Rough, old German member is back with full effect, releasing some cracks and calling out. Canadian coder & fixer, Natas/Carcass (ex. Armageddon) joined us as second group. That means he still remains in Carcass and will be mainly doing fixes for us. Heavyhead joined and took his board Westpoint with himself. Edge Of Midnight, Rug Rat's board, booted Onslaught to remain Chromance and NetPhreakers HQ. The board is now runing on a 20MHz Super CPU, so became the fastest C64 board. Just a few time later we lost our beloved bbs, sysop ,RugRat has decided to take on Alpha Flight/Relax Magazine. Bass Planet is now shared with Xenon, the Dutch demogroup. Deviant's Final Genocide is back as independent board.
